Fortuna Online Limited ("we," "us," or "our") operates Fortuna, available at www.fortuna-online.org and related applications (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our website, mobile applications, or Facebook/Meta integrated apps.

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Personal Information

When you contact us, register for an account, or use our services, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business details.

Google Sign-In Data

Fortuna's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google API Scopes We Request:

When you sign in with Google, we request access to the following specific scopes:

  • openid - To associate you with your personal info on Google and authenticate your identity
  • .../auth/userinfo.email - To see your primary Google Account email address for authentication and communication
  • .../auth/userinfo.profile - To see your personal info, including any personal info you've made publicly available (name, profile picture)

Specifically, when you sign in using Google Sign-In, Fortuna collects and processes the following information from your Google account with your explicit consent:

  • Your primary Google Account email address - Used for authentication, account management, and communication about your account and our services
  • Your name and profile picture - Used to personalize your account and display your profile
  • Google account ID (via openid) - Used solely for authentication purposes to securely identify and associate you with your account

We use Google Sign-In to provide you with a secure and convenient way to access our Service. We do not store your Google account password.

Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

How We Store and Share Google Data:

  • We store your Google account information securely in our database (powered by Supabase) using industry-standard encryption
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties for their marketing purposes
  • We do not use your Google data for serving advertisements
  • We only access the basic profile information you explicitly authorize during sign-in - we do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services
  • Your data is only shared with service providers necessary to operate our platform (as detailed in Section 4)

Facebook/Meta Data

If you use our application via Facebook Login or connect a Facebook Page/Ad Account to our tools, we may collect the specific data you authorize, such as:

  • Your name and profile picture
  • Email address associated with your Facebook account

Usage Data

We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (e.g., page views, time spent, browser type).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service (e.g., managing your e-commerce campaigns)

Service Providers

Third-party companies employed to facilitate our Service who have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf, including:

  • Google LLC - For authentication services (Google Sign-In) and analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Supabase - For secure database and authentication infrastructure
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. - For Facebook/Instagram integration and advertising services
  • Hosting providers - For application hosting and content delivery

These service providers are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose.

If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Google Sign-In Data Deletion

If you signed in using Google and wish to delete your account and associated data:

Revoke Access from Google

  1. Go to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Find "Fortuna Online" in the list of third-party apps with account access
  3. Click "Remove Access" to revoke our access to your Google account

Request Account and Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to info@fortuna-online.org with the subject "Google Account Data Deletion Request"
  2. Include your full name and the email address associated with your Google account

We will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Facebook Data Deletion

In compliance with Meta (Facebook) Platform Policy, we provide a way for users to request the deletion of their data.

If you have connected your Facebook account to our Service and wish to remove your data, you can do so by following these steps:

Remove App Access

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings."
  2. Look for "Apps and Websites" and find the "Fortuna Online" app.
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke access.

Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to info@fortuna-online.org with the subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request."
  2. Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

We will permanently delete your data from our servers within 30 days and confirm via email.

6. Your Data Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Right to Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal data (see Section 5 for instructions)
  • Right to Data Portability: You can request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by revoking access through Google or Facebook settings
  • Right to Object: You can object to certain types of data processing

7. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Fortuna complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our commitment to Limited Use:

  • We limit our use of Google user data to providing and improving user-facing features that are prominent in our application's user interface
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with user notification)
  • We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have obtained the user's affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required to comply with applicable law
  • All use of Google user data is consistent with our Privacy Policy

8. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
